US-Uzbekistan: Memorandum with Webster University

Webster University, based in St.Louis, Missouri, intends to expand its partnership with Uzbekistan. It just signed a memorandum of understanding with the Uzbek government. Webster president and provost told VOA that the university wants to offer MBA and other degrees in the country.
