Cotton Campaign: Ending forced labor is a litmus test for Uzbekistan

Judy Gearhart of the International Labor Rights Forum, which is a part of the Cotton Campaign, coalition of human rights and labor groups as well as businesses to end forced labor in Uzbekistan, says that the next 2-3 years will be critical as the government puts its reform agenda into action.
